1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items have left our dairy — unless the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if something isn’t right.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Delivery & Missed Orders
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when ordering.
We cannot refund or replace orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts, as these products cannot be resold.
If your parcel is delayed or goes missing in transit, we’ll work with our courier to resolve it quickly.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been collected or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
